Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all users of the https://www.issoraofficial.com website, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. By placing an order with ISSORA  (“us”, “we”, “our”) you agree to accept these terms and conditions.

Please note, these terms and conditions can change at any time, and it is up to you to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products. Only the most recent version of these terms and conditions will be considered valid. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions set out below, you should not continue to use or access these websites.

Our store is wholly owned by Draco Int’l Jewelry Mfg. Co. Limited and is hosted on Wix.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

GENERAL

We will try our best to provide the latest information and prices of accessories, as well as the inventory supply, and reserve the right to change the price of the goods without prior notice on our website. If any accessories cannot be provided to customers due to lack of stock, we have the right to refuse to accept the order, or provide goods of the same type and price for replacement. If we are unable to provide any products or services on your order, we will notify you via email, Facebook or Instagram.

 

All jewelry products are covered by a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.  General wear and tear, misuse, and tarnishing are not covered under the warranty.  And it does not entitle buyers to replacements of lost items.

 

ORDERING

  • When placing an order, you agree that any and all information given is accurate and complete.

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

  • Availability information for products is listed on each individual product description. If https://www.issoraofficial.com does not have enough stock to deliver the goods you have ordered they can be made to order this process takes at least 4-6 weeks. Made to order and bespoke items are final sale and NOT eligible for refund or return.

  • All prices listed on https://www.issoraofficial.com are correct at the time of entering the information; however, we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time. All prices include sales tax.

  • ISSORA  reserves its right not to accept an order for any reason at its sole discretion.  Such reasons include but are not limited to, one of the followings:

    • The product you ordered is out of stock, or due to the shipping restrictions applicable to one or all of the ordered items.

    • We discover a pricing or product description error.

    • We are unable to obtain authorisation for the payment.

  • No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and com until we accept your order by dispatching the product to you. When this happens we will confirm the acceptance by sending you an email.

  • This confirmation email will be sent to the email address given in your order form and will detail products ordered, payment method, cost (including VAT and P&P) and usual delivery times.

  • You must check all the details on this confirmation email are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect.

  • If your order has not been accepted, you will receive an email from us telling you the reasons why.

  • Discount vouchers, codes and offers cannot be used on sale products.

 

DELIVERY

  • The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if your order is of a high value.

  • If your delivery address is outside of the HK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

  • Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

  • We offer express shipping with FedEx for international shipping at a flat rate of USD 80 and DHL for shipping within Hong Kong for USD 18. Please double check your shipping address as we are not responsible for unreceived shipments for the wrong address given. 

 

PAYMENT

  • Prices quoted are based on HK delivery. For non-HK deliveries local tax will apply and the price may be adjusted at check out.

  • We accept most major credit cards and Payme.

  • All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

  • The prices payable for ordered goods are as set out in our website in HKD (Hong Kong Dollars). Delivery charges will be clearly displayed when selected and included in the total cost.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION / REFUND

  • If you haven’t submitted an order, you may clear the items in your shopping basket at any time by clicking the ‘Remove’ button next to the product you do not wish to purchase in your shopping basket.

  • Please note that confirmed orders are NON-REFUNDABLE and EXCHANGEABLE.

  • If a product becomes unavailable after transaction, the remedy is either replacement or refund of the price paid.  Refund on any shipping fees charged for the original order will not be able to provide.

DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED ITEMS

  • All parcels must immediately be opened in the presence of the Courier upon receipt of the goods, to verify that the Goods contained in the parcel are untampered with and undamaged. 

  • You acknowledge that if you fail to do this and subsequently find the Goods are not contained therein, or have been damaged during delivery, we may not be able to claim against the Courier or against our insurers. Accordingly, if you do fail to do this, you agree that you will be solely liable for any such loss or damage and shall waive, release and indemnify us from and against any claims relating thereto, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

  • If you should receive an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item, once the faulty item has been returned to us by post within 2 months from the data of despatch. 

  • We are not responsible for the postal fee when you return the defective products. We will confirm the return address in writing, once you have contacted us about the fault.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

AGREEMENT

These terms and conditions set out the entire agreement between you and ISSORA in respect of the sale, purchase and use of the goods. They supersede any previous agreement or understanding in relation to the subject matter hereof. No variation of these terms and conditions are binding on us unless agreed by us in writing.
